If there are no refills left, please do not request renewals from your pharmacy. Instead, please contact me AnneFentonMD@CommonSenseMedical.com to request renewals. Once I receive your request, I will fax in renewals to your pharmacy directly.

If, however, you request renewals from your pharmacy or use their automatic refill programs, the pharmacy computer automatically triggers multiple daily faxes requesting me to renew your prescriptions. Most pharmacy requests are inaccurate and unreliable because they do not account for your available medication supplies. Therefore, I cannot honor any of these automated requests but must redirect them back to you. This whole process generates an endless cycle of wasted time and paper work, as well as delays in processing your renewal requests.
